MARYA GOTTLIEB
SR. ASSOCIATE, MARKET ANALYSIS

With a focus on using data and analytics to drive decision making, Marya is a Sr. Associate who supports a wide range of P3RE initiatives. Applying her economic research and statistical programming background, Marya is involved in market research, strategic planning, budgeting, acquisitions and reporting. Marya’s background includes a wide range of financial and economic positions in both public organizations and small, innovative companies in Europe and the United States.

Before joining P3RE, Marya conducted financial analysis for Wermers Properties, a leading western states multifamily development firm. Responsibilities included
modeling, transaction support, investor reporting, market research, and monthly
budgeting for development projects.

Marya has a Bachelor’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. In her free time she enjoys admiring pioneering real estate and design.
