Genesis - Science Center is a 4-building, 250,000 square foot Class A life science campus. Located in the heart of the Sorrento Mesa biotech cluster, Genesis Science Center is ideally located within close proximity to a number of walkable amenities and provides easy access to the I-805 freeway. A major renovation has recently been completed at the campus and provides San Diego biotech companies with new lab spec suites in a variety of suite sizes. The suites range from 8,000 square feet and larger and include best-in-class modern finishes. The newly redesigned campus incorporates numerous outdoor amenities and gathering areas, including a centralized food-truck post. Additional amenities include a fitness center, conference center and shared glass wash & autoclave facilities. Genesis Science Center is a place for San Diego’s life sciences community to gather, collaborate and foster new innovations.
