CHRIS WENDLE
DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS

Chris Wendle serves as a Director for Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc. Chris is responsible for project pay applications and construction contract audits in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to this role, Chris served as the Chief of Staff at Jaybird Capital, a fund focused on senior housing assets and management. Before joining Jaybird, Chris served as a Controller and Director of Operations at Bridgewest, a global private equity group invested in biotech and both residential and commercial real estate.

Chris received his Bachelor & Master’s degrees from the University of California, Santa Barbara, studying Business Economics, Accounting, and Education, graduating with distinction in leadership.
