Campus Point at 4242, the largest of the facilities in this life science campus, is a 7 story office building converted to laboratory facilities. This iconic facility is the only such lab facility over 4 stories in the San Diego life science cluster.
Also included at Campus Point 4242 is a fitness facility, recently renovated and offering new gym equipment. The fitness facility will be available to all of the tenants at Campus Point.
